Conveyor & Secondary Crusher E&I Works

Germatek mobilised a multi-disciplinary electrical and instrumentation crew to Asanko Gold Mine to supply and install the E&I for the secondary crusher and to upgrade the E&I on the plant conveyors.

Work was carried out on live plant under the mine's permit-to-work system, starting each shift with a toolbox talk with the client's safety team. Our technicians installed and terminated field devices along the conveyor walkways, wired local control stations and junction boxes, and tested every circuit before handover.
